Tiger Tiger burning bright..... on my pc.

last week of sep 2005:-

Got my hands on osx86. Installed it on AMD64 3000+ / 512 DDR ram machine. saw Apple's MAC os for the first time. all this years i downloaded various showing how it works. never never ever seen it LIVE in front of my eyes. so when it got working after days of mistrials. I was nicely amazed and bazel eyed seeing the smoothness of MAC OS X tiger.

But the installed Tiger is as good as useless cause no network there. searched whole internet and got no answer. replaced NIC cards (intel 100 pro, Dlink, Realtek, ADMtek) but no positive results. I tried a opensouce Tulip driver guide. also my limited hands on knowledge of working in MAC OSX limiting me madly.

Hate that i cant use tiger, when working. extremely dissappointed.


and installed this on IBM thinkpad R40E too.. for a celeron laptop. this is working smooth. but no LAN ..... getting pissed off is all time high. now no other alternative but upgrade my homeland with wireless networking.
