can a coach expected to bendover?
when you are selecting a coach for a game, what do you expect from him to do? coach that team right. But,later on, should he be expected to do things like, if a great player is ruining chances for whole team then coach should prepare some games just to give some ceremonials outings for that great player to make a glorious exit ?
I would like to hear, has any self-respecting coach done that for any player ( however great he may have been ), to give him ceremonial chances to make glorious exits.
lets assume the coach has no self-respect and doesnt mind bending over, but then how do you prepare a ceremonial tour for that great player? When the player himself has no desire to exit, everyone around the country is talking, lets not force him to retire like this, but no one seems to notice that player himself never has said he wants to retire? now how does brown nose coach handle a player like this? when the player is having awfull record match after match, month after month, for a year now.
I would really like to know how do the american coaches deal with "a" player like this ( say like american football player or great basket ball player), who has done great in past, but thinks himself of like a king, and lately has just given nothing but dirt like performances, and has nothing in mind about retiring, but the whole nation is still expecting from a coach to give him ceremonial outings(chances) to play and make a respectfull exit from his playing career, (even when the player himself never has mentioned anything like that).
really would like to know does this situation ever happen in USofA and Europe, are coaches expected to bendover suckup, get brown nose, and do what others want him to do?
